The Property comprises two title deeds, but it is managed as a unit. Therefore, it is being marketed as one unit. One farm is registered in a CC, while farm the other one is registered in the late owner’s name and will have to be bought from the estate. The total land area is 18 470 ha and it is located 24 km by road to the south-west of Goageb in the Keetmanshoop District. There are two farmsteads of which one is not occupied, however, it is in a good condition and is well maintained. The main farmstead has ample water and a lush garden has been developed with trees and lawns. Seven boreholes provide water to the property which is subdivided into 21 internal camps. The borders are jackal proof fenced. Electricity is provided by a solar system. The undulating landscape is a pleasure to the eye. Several rivulets and an ephemeral river, the Namasis River, transverse the property from north-west to south east ending in the Konkiep River. The mountains are accessible and it is flat on top and providing good quality grazing. The riverbeds are a rich source of fodder bush and large numbers camelthorn trees, blinkblaar-wag-‘n-bietjie and ebbehout are to be found. The dominant grass species are lang- and kortbeenboesman and blinkaar which are all of the Stipagrostis genus. Fodder bush such as swartstorm, gabba and perdebos contributes to the quantity and quality of the grazing. The farm lends it to cattle and small stock farming as well as game farming and tourism. Endemic game species in this area include klipspringers, steenbok, kudu, oryx, springbuck and Hartmann Zebra.
